This On Demand session investigates resilience and how it can support families to withstand, adapt to and recover from bad times. We focus on both children and parents so the whole family’s resilience is enhanced, with the key themes of cohesion and adaptability running throughout. With lots of practical activities (applicable to everyone over 10 years of age), we cover all bases and those who watch it will feel well-equipped to buffer adversity and nurture resilient characteristics. There’s time too to plan so you’ll know exactly how to develop resilience for yourself and within your household!
*Please note the TedX talk within the webinar is not applicable for young people.
