Brainstorming Your Worries

£3.25

Activities for building coping skills and brainstorming worries.

Description

Young people need to develop coping skills for managing their worries. This pack, including How Big Is Your Worry? works on developing these skills. The How Big is Your Worry resource is available in three sizes enables a child to quantify their worry and to be able to put it into perspective. There is an activity for identifying worries.  A brainstorming sheet then allows them to share the worry, decide if it is in their control or alternatively not in their control and therefore to list the solutions or use their strategies for calming. This is also complimented by a activity around control with an example included.
