Description
Social story to support children with the transition between school and home, resulting in after school restraint collapse/meltdowns. This 8 page activity which ideally would be guided by an adult for completing, involves choosing personal strategies, as well drawing and colouring to personalise the content to support the child to manage their emotions. Photographs could also be added. Story should then be read daily initially and used as a tool of reflection upon incidents.
