Comprehensive pack providing resources to construct a range of emotions scales, including arrows, thermometer and 5 Point Scale. Range of 5 skin tone emotions in three sizes to accommodate various sizes of prompt.
A facilitator scale with velcro emotions can be made to support and personalise sessions with young people.
Separate resource to record young people’s examples of events linking to individual emotions.
Arrow labels for child/family to record emotions to support education and regulation in the home environment.
Resources needed – backing paper (I use blue), laminator and sheets, velcro (if making facilitator version) and pegs.
This resource compliments all TCC intervention packs as well as being valuable in all wellbeing/emotional regulation/nurture settings.
