THE EMOTIONS ICEBERG

£2.75

Useful activity to educate around primary emotions driving anger.

Description

Anger is a secondary emotion – because we resort to anger in order to protect ourselves from or cover up other vulnerable feelings. A primary feeling is what is felt immediately before we feel anger. Using this activity we can educate young people in the anger cycle and educate around communicating and seeking support with the primary emotion. An example is included to explain use of the activity, as well as a child friendly explainer and ideas for how to express your anger healthily.
