Description
The Circle of Friends intervention is a structured approach designed to support young people with issues with friendships or social skills which can ostracise them from their peer group by creating a network of friends and peers who provide support, encouragement, and a sense of belonging. The focus is on promoting social inclusion, reducing isolation, and fostering positive relationships through regular meetings, collaborative planning, and ongoing evaluation.
