With many parents now being forced to seek a private diagnosis it has now become even more important to collect evidence and observe different aspects of a child’s behaviour, like how they communicate, interact, and handle different situations prior to assessment. This can also help parents, families and school understand them better and support them in ways that work best for them.
This pack comprises Who Am I, an activity to capture the child’s voice. Comprising two pages of statements, instructions, example and a child friendly explainer. Also in the pack are sensory processing checklists and executive function checklists. There are strong links between both sensory and executive functions.
It would also be advantageous to share the resulting evidence with school or education settings. Suitable for schools and parents alike.
